The Check Writer Score ("CWS") is a barometer of risk which has been developed by American DebtWorks, Inc. ("ADW")
for the ChekXcept website. It is a measure of risk based on the check writing practices of the check writer and the
changes in the check writer’s contact information on an annual basis. Starting with a score of 200 when issued a new card,
a check writer determines what happens to their score thereafter. The following adjustments are made to an individual
score based on the actions shown.

The maximum score a check writer can get is 1000. ADW believes that the CWS will become an
important risk barometer as our program grows. It may become so important that major
retailers and other finance companies will request a list of CWS scores of 600 or more
to make discount offers.
